I'm actually from Riga, but I think Tallinn is the best city out of all 3 Baltic capitals. It really does have that balance you mentioned. This video made me want to visit it again~

I met an Estonian girl who was on holiday here in Tenerife where I live...seeing Club Prive made me realise its not the poverty stricken city that I thought. I feel slightly misinformed now! Cant wait to have my eyes opened, Im bored of Tenerife living now!
In Estonia, we only had time to visit Tallinn. It was beautiful in the spring, although a bit chilly. Whats interesting is that the skies never seem to get dark during our stay. The sun went down at 10pm, and then came back up by about 3am!
