  • "Come cheer up PO we saw you last night.."

GO NAVY (Even if i am talking about the Canadian Navy...)

  • long live the queen/king

  • World's second strongest navy, not bad

  • @arsviatticae Yes, and with a proud naval history... as the strongest!

    (damn yankees)

  • SUCKS TO ANGLO-BARBARIANS

  • My dear misguided brother, go and ask your priest if Iesous was Jewish. Read Romans chapter 11 for God's plan for the Jews. Ask your heart what 'died once for ALL' means? The Romans were God's agents in killing Iesous so the world could be saved and redeemed. All those words are Greek because it was the common language of the time and of scholarship. Bretons are from France, Britons are from Britain. Grace and peace to you, you need them. Enjoy celebrating Iesous' birthday in a few days time.

  • DEATH TO ANGLO-BARBARIAN TRASH

  • @unfukkkmee is that a polite way of saying you would like all people of Northern European (specifically Franco-Germanic-Slav groupings) to be removed from the planet? I suppose it would free up space for others, but whether they would like to occupy the cold, damp or hot, dry (e.g. Australia) places where most of us live is highly doubtful...perhaps you could enlighten us to your ethnic roots so we can understand where your hang up originates?

  • @worthingSarah THE NATURE HAS LAWS. THE NATURE WILL GET REVENGE

  • @unfukkkmee 'Nature' doesn't need a definite article in English, though it may in other languages. Should 'nature' (are you personifying an impersonal force here?) 'choose' to take revenge, it will be on us all, not just, as you so politely put it 'Anglo-barbarian trash'. Just look at the nations most affected by natural disasters...

  • @worthingSarah NOW IRONY AFTER SCREAMS ONLY

  • @unfukkkmee from this random collection of words, I assume it is a computer generated comment, or you have used a computer to translate a comment into English. No point in conversing with a machine lacking reason, so ciao...(or if you prefer, vale, as in 'ave atque vale')

  • @worthingSarah DICK HAS NO

  • @unfukkkmee you're right, (when I correct your grammar) because I'm a woman. I've visited your page and see you are 15. That explains all the factual inaccuracies on your page and the rude language! So,for example, Jesus is not the Greek name Jason. I've studied Hebrew and Koine Greek (more than you have done). Jesus is the Greek version of the Hebrew name Yeshua, which through the Latin route is translated as Joshua. I am sorry for the sad state of Greece, moaning won't help though!

  • UR CLASSIC EXTREME PROPAGANDIST ANGLO-JEW. I KNOW VERY WELL HOW THE ISRAEL IS FAKE COUN TRY PROTECTORATE OF USA. ALL THE POPULATION OF ISRAEL ARE BRETONS AND GERMANS, AND NOTHING OTHER.

CHRISTIANISM IS ONLY THE GREEK NEW TESTAMENT.

THE REAL NAME IS IESOUS CHRIST

@worthingSarah U ARE HERETIC WORST JEW. DEATH TO YAHWEH, ASSHOLE. THE HEBREW LANGUAGE CREATED BY GREEK ALPHABET. THE GREKS CIVILIZED YOU

LISTEN NOW. THE CHRIST SAID HOW THE JEWS ARE CHILDS OF DEVIL

  • @unfukkkmee interesting that you use the word 'extreme' :-) As a minister in the Christian church, I find it odd that anyone who challenges your Hellenist position is labelled as 'heretic' and 'Jew'. You have accepted that Iesous is NOT Jason. Do you accept that He said 'not one jot nor tittle shall pass away from the Law'? Greeks brought us a pantheon of gods. Monotheism came to Hellenist Europe from the Jewish followers of Iesous. What God did He worship? Oh yes, Yahweh...

  • THE JEWS KILLED THE IESOUS CHRIST.

IESOUS IS GREEK WORD, FROM THE JASON.

    CHRIST IS GREEK WORD.

@worthingSarah THE JEWS WAS PAGANISTS AND BARBARIANS. THE YAHWEH IS DEMON.

AND THE JEWS STEALERS OF GREEK HISTORY. THE CHRISTIANISM IS GREEK RELIGION. CHRISTIANISM IS GREEK WORD. THE GREEKS WAS THE FIRST MONOTHEISTS.

MONOTHEISM IS GREEK WORD. THE REAL ORTHODOX CHRISTIANITY ARE AGAINST JEWS. OFCOURSE, THE BRETONS HAVE NOTHNG TO DO WITH CHRISTANISM.

  • @unfukkkmee Coming from a ''human'' who uses such foul and innapropriate langauge on an internet site...? interesting...

  • @SupremoClassique THE GERMANIC TRIBES ARE TRASH WITH ORIGIN FROM SIBERIA

  • @unfukkkmee Actually a high percentage of english people have either Celtic, Norman or Romance origins.... All of which were Great civilization's in their own respects, you show extreme Rudeness and must long for attention by making such volatile comments on a British Naval Video? With all due respect, Your opinion is held in no regard...

  • @unfukkkmee And the amazing ''Humans'' over in Greece must be so incredible to find themselves owing money to almost all the western and far eastern world, with the annual interest increasing by 25% and having the lowest Economic Credit rating it is possible to have.... Surely with respect, The 'incredible' and ''human'' modern Greek's could not have allowed such a thing to happen....?

  • may the queen rule of 1000 years live live the queen.

  • @TheNutter44 Jeez, that's a long time, we are running out of rare minerals to represent jubilees already!

  • You're close-hauled on the port tack, beating up the channel with a north-easterly wind blowing strong, with Dover bearing north two miles. The wind veers four points, taking you flat aback. What do you do, sir?

  • @Criticallacitirc train all you want, how many ships in the royal navy can carry fixed wing aircraft?? 0. Also, youre an ignorant fuck calling royal navy training the best, all navies undergo constant training and exercises at sea. Wow, 2 weeks of extra BASIC training lol, doesnt mean shit especially when compared to all the high tech and super expensive the us navy uses in training. Providing, as you think, SLIGHTLY worse training to a SIGNIFICANTLY larger force = win every time

  • @oJKBo SIGNIFICANTLY larger force = win every time? dont make me laugh, The Royal Navy were outnumbered by the French at Trafalgar, The US Navy was tiny compared to the Japanese fleet at Midway... shall I go on.

  • @CrazyRupes it depends, if that larger force has slightly less training then yes, if they all had very little it would take much more of them. oh i see, because 33 vs 41 makes the royal navy significantly outnumbered. Midway was one due to other reasons....like us knowing they were going to attack because we had broken their code lol and we had three superb admirals. Did you know the russians stopped the germans with poorly trained and equipped soldiers largely because their army was massive?

  • @Criticallacitirc Numbers mean quite a lot lol, didnt we prove this with the shermans vs tigers??? the tigers were WAAAAYYYYY better tanks but by the end of the war they were getting totally outnumbered by shermans and began losing. Not to mention the german army was far better trained than the red army yet with such little training and such high numbers they were able to reach berlin before the less numerous and better trained americans.

  • @Criticallacitirc do you understand what power is?? lol. A less powerful force can destroy a more powerful one, but nonetheless the royal navy isnt even close to the US in naval power. Couple of weeks ago? lol it was quite a while ago and even though even though it was during a naval exercise i find it hard to believe the sub wasnt detected until it was within torpedo range, plus if a great chinese crew really wanted to they could sneak through any navys exercise when they arent expected

  • 20 years and my back still staightens!

  • oh this song again -_-

I was at HMCS Quadra for 2 weeks and they played it every day at 8 o clock. It is now thoroughly stuck in my head.

  • >the most powerful maritime force in the world

    That would be the USN

  • This reminds me on being in the Guard at HMS Heron. Proud times!

  • 40 odd years ago I was a Sea Scout. We visited HMS Victory, and as we came down from the deck, the Royal Marines Band played this. Boy did we smarten up, changing from a sloppy shuffle, to what for us was a pretty smart march! We even got a round of applause (at least I like to dream that it was for us).

  • steady boy steady

  • I love this song ! I have had it stuck in my head for 2 weeks because i went on a cadet training camp and we sang that song every day and it is amazing !! :D

  • should be the national anthem and maybe our football team might win a match or two

  • I love this song, when our band plays it. I am a Guardsman in my Royal Canadian Sea Cadet core. God save the Queen, long live the relationships of the US, UK, and Canada.

  • Ah BUGGA! Now I've come over all nostalgic!

Heads up men, chests out, stomachs in and SWING THEM ARMS YOU 'ORRIBLE LITTLE MAN YOU!!

Bloomin' Nora you're like a dog's hind leg. DRESSING!!

I played in Blue Jacket bands for much of my 'not very illustrious' career, so have probably played this a hundred times or so.

  • This really gets me. Spent 27 years in The Royal Canadian Navy marching to this magnificent song. Does anyone else remember the RCN band from HMCS Stadacona in the 50's and 60's? The PO2 that led the band could toss his mace 20 feet in the air, catch it and never look up once. That was when we had a real navy, not a seaborne army.

  • this was the song me and my rifle drill team used for our rifle drill at sea cadets. brilliant

  • Proud and good traditions, unfortunately people who have no personal experience of such things have no understanding at all. Every time i hear Come yea Lasses and Lads and the regimental march of the Royal British Legion the hair on the back of my neck stands up lol.

  • why dont most of you get a grip this was posted by someone probably without any political affiliations and borne about by her fathers passing RIP MR Wilkinson gone but not forgotten. Im not Navy but a Veteren none the less

  • @garethbkw Well said its not the arena for political/attempts at political comments by some people who watched Top Gun once or twice. Heart of Oak is an iconc tune any anyone who has served in The RN, RAN, RNZN, Canadian Navy or US Navy as well as a few others whose names escape me right now can't help but be moved when they hear it, it was a huge part of Naval life as it was the tune we 'Marched onto Divisions. for every time. Her Dad would be proud.

  • thththth GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Anchors away my boys! USA USA.

  • @stormtrooper1296 learnt all you know off the best!!!!! The Royal Navy, and although you wont want to admit it you know I am Right?? Pax Brittania

  • Captain Picard sang this in Ten Forward. Or, rather, his doppelganger did. Still cool, though.

  • we may have a navy but no planes on aircraft carriers thanks to cameron another thatcher ruling but proved her wrong brought the argies to their knees not because of her but all of use been proud and british

  • hilarious

  • ...ain't it just great. Built the bleeding Empire to that. I remember whistling that at Rorkes Drift. Cold steel mate.....They don't like it up 'em y' know

  • Royal Malaysian Navy March like...

  • Steady boys steady H.M.S.Raleigh E52 Division 1969. Went on to be a killick UC1

  • Maybe one day we'll have a navy again.

  • @AphoticCosmos keep labour out and it might happen!

  • When I here this, I think all the worlds Navys, are children of the Royal Navy

  • We use in our marchpast in sea cadets too

  • iam in navy wew are going to sing it

  • @103littlebastard Please don't embarrass yourself in front of the most powerful maritime force in the world. Thank you.

  • @Sevenoneight7 well said, that guy is a bell

  • @Sevenoneight7 The United States? This song is British, why mention the States?

  • @rbh1138 Britain used to own 1/4 of the Earth's surface and we held it for just under 500 years. If you're implying there's been another maritime force in history with the capability to maintain an empire of this kind, you are deluded.

  • @mj2w1 What? Maybe you meant to post on some other persons comment. I said nothing about England and her navy. Which of course had now been surpassed by the United States navy. Which is the most powerful navy to have ever sailed the 7 seas. Also no Empire. America sails the seas for good not keeping people under the imperial boot of a small Island nation. Sorry to offend, but I don't like being attacked for no reason. God save the Queen and Free Northern Ireland and Scotland! Amen.

  • @rbh1138 Free Northern Ireland and Scotland? You do realise each union member has the right to vote to leave the union at any time? If the majority voted to leave the union and the elected body did that, then they could break away as an independant sovereignty.

They have nothing to be freed from, they are equal union members. Some may disagree, but that is apparrent in England, Wales, Scotland and NI. But the majority want to remain a union.

  • @psmith34uk it would be very naive to call the union equal....cornish have only 60% gdp of average of GDP of england...parts of england have been ignored by successive governments.......arent we just all individuals on a pale blue dot? being part of a group does not mean you are equal.

  • @psmith34uk I'm Scottish and proud, with Irish antecedants what I think about NI is irrelevant but I know the benefits to Scotland of marcoeconomics far outway the benefit of watching Bravehaeart and thinking we should be independant. I'm not saying we don't give our fair share to the Union but I just don't see the the point in breaking what isn't broken. Most Scots will say they dislike the English, apart from the ones they know who are OK, but they're different!!!

  • @mj2w1 Britain didn't make major gains until the decline of Spain in the early 17th Century and had lost most of their ground by the early-mid 20th century. They also lost major colonies all along the way, So I'd say it was just under 300 years if even that.

  • @Sevenoneight7 to be fair it was the most powerful......theres no aircraft carrier left! ...need one for libya at mo

  • @3tangle3 Sorry to rain on your 'parade' but we still have HMS Illustious;an aircraft carrier, Ark Royal has been decommissioned. The Harriers in the FAA have been mothballed but the RAF have Harriers, 'Lusty' will undergo a few adjustments so she can embark jets again,as well as helos. As for Libya our Frigates removed cit's/ex-pats+ our subs have a range well within anything req'd for Libya so the missiles launches are no prob. PM me if you want to know more. I agree we DO need carriers.

  • @katmac75 you are not raining on your parade, I am but a single entity....the only reason we need armies is because of aggressive and misguided nations like russia, libya, zimbabwe, congo etc etc.......no country is perfect....I dream of conducting military research only for advancement of our species into space....maybe far thinking but I would love to see that day.......(i digress ;) )

  • @Sevenoneight7 dont be ignorant lol, 2nd most powerful maybe. In terms of tonnage, number of ships, number of enlisted and officers, numbers of aircraft, etc. they aren't.

  • @Sevenoneight7 lol can you tell me what he said... I dont want to go back 30 pages... lol

  • Wonderful! I'm from an old Royal Navy family. My poor Dad succumbed to malaria in Tanganyika when I was five. He wasn't strong enough to survive the illness, due to injuries in the winter of 1942, when his Royal Navy Corvette was sunk by the Luftwaffe in the North Sea. They were escorting a convoy to Murmansk with arms for the Red Army. He & seven others survived from a crew of 68. It caught up with him in Tanganyika. I miss him still. Pictures on my video.

  • We never see the French but we wish them to stay,

    They always see us and they wish us away;

If they run, we will follow, we will drive them ashore,

And if they won't fight, we can do no more.

  • Le Dieu et Mon Droit!

  • Come cheer up my lads, tis to glory we steer

To add something new to this wonderful year

Tis to honour we call, you as free men not slaves

For who are as free as the sons of the waves? Heart of Oak, our ships, Heart of Oak, our men

    We always are ready

    Steady, boys, steady

We'll fight and we'll conquer again!

    And again!

  • @Spencer12404 I love the part "Steady, boys, Steady!" It sounds like they (the sailors) are being told not to topple as the boat rocks on the waves!

  • Rule Britannia! here, here!

  • Proud to be Senior Service.

God save the Queen, long live the Empire.

  • @Sevenoneight7 if only we still had one.....

  • @jonnusmarcus We still do. Her Majesty founded the Commonwealth of Nations, which all but 2 Commonwealth countries were in the British Empire. A lot of countries still use the Union Flag in their flag and the UK still remains one of the most influential member states in the world. The Queen of England is the Queen of 52 member states, Britannia still rules the waves.

    God save the Queen.

  • @Sevenoneight7. Get it right man. There is NO Queen of England. The last one was Anne an' she's deid. (that's why advocates & barristers wear black). Whilst I generallly agree with your comment the part about the "Queen of England" shows that you have no real knowledge of the constitution of the UK nor of its constituent parts. Little by little anglocentric views like this will help the breakup of the UK - you are playing into the nationalist & republican's hands.

    Rant over.

  • @reb0118 er mate yes there is.....

  • @TheJohn7528 OK then state Elisabeth's full regal title?

Sorry for delay in replying my lap top is goosed again - time for an upgrade?

  • @reb0118 *Queen Elizabeth

almost every country has a different title for her?

however in England her full (and hardly ever used) title is:

Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the Seas Queen, Defender of the Faith

    (

In Latin) Elizabeth II, Dei Gratia Magnae Britanniae, Hiberniae et terrarum transmarinarum quae in ditione sunt Britannica Regina, Fidei Defensor

Sorry it has been a while i can't remember what this was in reply to?

  • @TheJohn7528 Imagine writing that down on your exam paper!

  • @jonnusmarcus we have soverign territory in twelve countries i believe.

  • @SirOneoneselfandone true but it still isn't a proper empire

  • @Sevenoneight7 but you are your own individual....dont need to follow other ppl....tbh the queen secretly notes she wishes she didnt have any responsibility.....be your own man...we are all one species. Heddwch peace

  • @Sevenoneight7 Here here my friend!

  • @Sevenoneight7 This Yank is with you on this!

  • Marching up and down pretending to be a naval band to take the piss out of the cadet bandies was a lot of fun, knocking out this tune playing fake trombones and crashing fake cymbals =D

    BAAAAAAAND - READY!!

  • La Marseille lyrics is utterly violent and bloody.

  • Sorry guys and girl's, we obviously can't enjoy this anymore as it's fucking racist. Seriously, Don't let our country get pissed on, we al know we don't want and won't settle for this shit.

  • Looking for a piece thats slightly lower tone, not sure if anyone knows but similar to this part at 0:57

  • What a splendid marching tune!

  • PO Perry! What a legend!

  • "In Freedom we're born and in Freedom we'll live..." The American lyrics are better.

  • the empire where the sun never sets

    GOD SAVE THE QUEEN

  • amen

  • sod andy murray at leat our navy never comes second

  • @boxtree132

fuck andy murray, the dirty 2 faced traitor.

he is not english, and thank god, and thank fuck for that.

    dirty shithouse.

  • Your thoughts could be interesting, but I doubt that anyone cares what you think. Any person who cannot express his or her thoughts without resorting to the lowest vulgarities is a person who isn't worth knowing.

  • @rglinNewMex And once again, fuck you, I have spent time at sea and abroad so i dont speak from inexperience. who do you think you are?.

    kiss my arse you nobody.

  • @lifeonthebeach You spent time at sea? Thanks for that info. It makes it very clear why you're all wet, figuratively probably, and literally undoubtedly. Sorry that I don't possess a vocabulary that you can understand, but I do my best. Obviously during my time in Japan and Korea I didn't have the "experiences" you would have had.

  • @rglinNewMex It shows how strong my feelings are when I repeat myself that often!

  • @boxtree132 glad you are not English.

  • Britannia triumphant, her ships rule the seas,

Her watchword is justice her password is free.

So come cheer up my lads with one heart let us sing, Our soliders, our sailors, our statesmen, our King.

Heart of Oak would have made a great national anthem.

  • @TashkentFox

That it would have. This country's patriotism is dying, a fresh new anthem would help alleviate this.

  • @HelmutVillam Political correctness would probably prevent anything too "aggressive" like Rule Britannia which would be my personal choice.

  • @mightywindmill102

I'm surprised how France's Marsellaise has lasted all these years as that's a pretty brutal anthem.

  • @HelmutVillam As am I! My only explanation is that it was written in a bygone era where national pride was not misconstrued as racism. If it being written today, it would probably be assumed that it was being written by the National Front.

  • @mightywindmill102 - Being proud of our country doesn't mean being racist. It doesn't mean you have to shout "rule Britannia" from the rooftops. It means not slagging off the UK, even though things may not be so great at the moment. It means being quietly proud in your heart, and helping people out, and being optimistic. It means "keeping calm and carrying on", and, if enough people do this, things will come out right.

  • @ThunderCracker26 Well said.

  • @TashkentFox Heart of oak should have been the a nthem. you are so correct.

  • We never see the French but we wish them to stay,

    They always see us and they wish us away;

If they run, we will follow, we will drive them ashore,

And if they won't fight, we can do no more.

  • For who are so brave as the sons of the waves?

Heart of oak are our ships,

heart of oak are our men,

    we always are ready,

    steady boys steady.

We'll fight and we'll conquer again and again!

  • my father grew up thru the blitz and left England and Durham town in 1957. mum said he cried when they entered Hethrow for the first time after his retirement a few yrs ago. not one of the H.M Customs or immigration was English. Sad, . one day I look forward to visiting England and it's traditions before it really does go down the drain. God bless HM

  • true,,, white europeans are hard to come by in some parts of the uk! its like a zoo i tell yah!

  • its spelt xenophobic acctually fool

  • @dexterccf2 my sincerest apoloiges. would it be really petty to point out 'acctually'

  • dammit

i look like a tit now dont i??

  • @elizabet63 Sorry, already gone ;-)

  • elizabeth i know what you mean , but thankfullly theres still many parts still very english and still very white , and thats not a racist statement ,just the truth , until our government cant get a grip, your dads from durham hey , bet he loved that roger whittiker song ,durham town

  • I respect you! Finally someone from abroad realises what good the british empire did! God save the queen! And perhaps you would like to live here instead of the majority of immigrants that do and dont respect the british ways!

  • Cheer! Salute. Reminds me of the days before political correctness became a form of fanaticism when we were aloud to be proud of being British and had something to actually be proud of. My neighbour was actually told to take down his flag on St Georges day by Enfield Town Council. A fking disgrace.

  • Im not British but Imperialist and pro-British to the very core of my heart, we lived with Britain for 200 years over here. Long live our Queen!

  • i want to hear the official march of the Swiss navy, that's gotta be a short one!

  • @fuguwatt I believe they do have a patrol vessel on one of the lakes?

  • Hell no, I would rather live in Stalin's Russia than under that asshole Grififn!

  • @BelfastCityHall and canada? we have the same navy song ...

  • @BelfastCityHall Bloody well said!

  • @BelfastCityHall I agree with you mate!! fuck the EU!!

  • @BelfastCityHall Buy yourself a brain, moron!

  • For so many, this has a special place. This is THE marching song of the RN, lol.

  • Come cheer up, my lads, 'tis to glory we steer,

To add something more to this wonderful year!

To honour we call you, as free men not slaves,

For who are so free as the sons of the waves?

Heart of oak are our ships,

    Jolly tars are our men,

    We always are ready,

    Steady, boys, steady!

We'll march and we'll conquer again and again!

  • Don't say that, man. You might mean England but DNA tests reveal that English people are at least like 80% Celtic genetically (as in at least 80% related to Wales, Scotland and Ireland and only like 20% Norse, German etc.)

Maybe if you filthy neutrals actually came here you'd realise we're all mostly the same. And this song holds a special place in a lot of people's hearts as it reminds of a time when we were all united against the French. It was a better time... ;)

  • Nobody invited you to view this.

  • Pro Deo, Pro Patria et Pro Rex!

    Long live Monarchism!!

Long live the UK and all world monarchies!!

Long live the Kingdom of Portugal!!

  • Pro Deo Et Patria!!

  • Et pro Regina!
