the lip-ing of candyman note probably was for voice preservation my dear... for me i believe she moves quite abit on stage on candyman making her not totally like the recording. but she can hit it, thats all that matters. maybe in time to come she further trains her stamina to a higher level( she has good stamina now ) then she will be able to do it perfectly while shes performing, not at resting state like in the studio

im sorry, but she does lipsync some of the big parts in her songs while she is on tour. she isnt doing it bc she cant sing live, she does it to help preserve her voice. if she sang all those big songs night after night her voice would sound like shit in 10 years, so she is trying to save it. unfortunatly kelly clarkson doesnt lipsync and she is alreay starting to loose some of her amazing range and power. its sad.

as a classically trained singer..that does perform a lot of pop..i think she's really damaged her voice over the years..she pushes her voice in a way that will definitely damaged her chords..unless she is physiologically bionic..i don't foresee her career lasting into her forties because of her bad training. i must say though..she went up to a high high g..that's pretty amazing..we're talking mariah carey notes there.
