I saw her understudy as Elphaba. She was so fantastic. I actually think she was better than the Stephanie J Block, who I saw several times as Elphaba.

@NobodyInAllofOZ1 She Covered and performed the role for Stephine J Block on tour. She was full time Nessa on tour but then switched for awhile to Elphaba while J Block was out.

@jewey896 The Bway production (to the best of my knowledge) doesn't have Nessarose understudy for Elphaba like the tour did (does?). Bway has the standby and a 2nd u/s in the ensemble. So, when the hired her for Nessa, they probably already had the u/s positions filled.
