@ramonzambo that is not a royal sash. Chief Executives wear sashes in some special occasions such as state visits and other governmental affairs. Latin American and Korean Presidents wear sashes as symbol of carrying the responsibility as sovereign and head of their people and not just because of the mere intention of creating a royal breeze . In the political and governmental context, wearing sashes has meaning .

There's no existing charter or standards saying the yellow means royalty ! royalties and even presidents can wear pink ,blue ,dirty white ,blue green etc colored sashes in all events they will attend . And oops! there's no such thing as Philippine sash nor its official colors are blue ,red and white. Philippine flag has those colors but a Philippine sash having those color? possible but not yet existing.

@Haksaengnim That sash is part of the Bruneian chivalric order: Darjah Kerabat Laila Utama (DK) which was given to the president by His Majesty the Sultan. She is wearing it as a mark of appreciation, I should imagine.
