@sharkblood24 true blue and a bouncy ball should work just fine, your dogs best exercise is yours as well, a good game of fetch and a jog should work great!
Aww, I got my black and white cocker spaniel when she was 2..I would've LOVED to see her as a puppy! She recently passed away at 12 from cancer & congestive heart failure and this vid made me miss her but its funny one of your cocker's names was Mandy too!
@armanjane an American Cocker Spaniel is much smaller than the English Springer Spaniel, the Springers are a lot more of a hunting dog than the Cocker's, not saying that Cocker's dont have hunting instincts because well theyre dogs, and all dogs do have some in them but if youre looking for a hunting companion Springer's are definitely the way to go. but besides the size and instincts they're pretty much the same. sorry for the late reply but good luck on getting your dog!
@DisneyChick4ever I think he was meaning english cockers and american cockers, not english springers. Also, american cockers do very well in the field, they are simply not used as often because of their smaller size. Cockers were bred to be hunting dogs, including mine.

if you have cocker spaniels, check their ears really often, because they tend to be prone to ear infections and stuff. my old dog romeo used to have a chronic ear infection, and it never went away despite treatment. we had him put down... he was really old and his ear infection was worsening. good indications for ear infections include wagging/shaking the head, odor, scratching or vomiting (we believe he was getting nauseous as a result from the ear infection). take good care of your dogs!
I have a 4 year old American Cocker got at the beginning of this year(she was then 3) she is a very shy,timid,gentle,caring dog she doesn't like it when a man or anyone shouts loud it scares her especially when I used 2 flip out at home(not now really I've got it under control now)about stuff like shout at my parents and other family members but in the long run she still loves me as much as I love her even when I get annoyed at her a lot sometimes even when we got the kitten I still love her!!!!
My old lady, black and tan cocker Rocket, died in January 2007. We had her for 10 years (She was a rescue) and she was smarter than my son's thrid grade teacher! Our two cockers, Darby Crash (black) and Charley (blonde and white), also rescues, are so great! Our cocker Bella helped raise our kids and was with us for 14 years. She died in 2003 and I still miss her. Abby, our 2nd cocker, came a few months later and filled the void. These are very sweet dogs with golden hearts. 100% love.

My cocker spaniel was with me since my mom was pregnant with me. he still is. Hes 18 years old and im 13 :) hes actualy extremely old lol

My Buffy and Taffy are sister, Taffy is the smaller, more "petite" of the two and a really prissy little lady.
Buffy was the only one we let have pups, and she gave us nine gorgeous little ones!
