thanks rumplestiltskin7. I used 3DSMAX to create the ball and goal, then just had my bro fake a juggling and shooting scenario. Afterwords I superimposed the ball and goal on the video of my bro and added some motion blur using After Effects. It's really easy and turned out cheesy but I thought it would be cool to try out.

Unfortunately, your right. I respect your opinion, no matter how inexperienced it may be. You might have watched my video thinking that it was all real, maybe you still do and think that the skills suck. In that case, I'm going to post some video of me doing my flip throw ins, table tops, ball balancing acts, etc. just so I can possibly impress you with my real skillz. cheers
Lol, no, i just wanna let you know that it is my job to create visual video effects. And, if you want to really impress people I can give you some help, cause with this movie, the ball is too big and it looks like you made it in 10 minutes or so (i mean the effects). If ya wanna make it look more realistic, you got to film a real sequence and replace the real ball with a virtual one, what is really simple, also when you use 3DSMAX.
REspect! Good call, I never thought about that. I was taking the difficult path and using a gravity reactor on the ball to simulate the true physics about it. We didn't have a ball at the time so I had him adlib and fake it which proved difficult when he didn't react as fast as you would with a real ball, therefore I had to have the ball bounce higher. I wasn't going for realistic, more anime as is evidenced by the wobble at the end.
You should definitely upload some videos or maybe we could collaborate on some kind of project, I'm reeling here with boredom. What programs do you use other than AE?
