first off local police work for the citizens. They enforce the laws that the citizens vote on and pass. Sure there are a few Federal laws that officers have to enforce, but primarily they enforce local ordinances. So directing your "anti govt." feeling towards them is ridiculous

Any person who respects the law and what officers do for the general public, would allow an officer to search whatever they wanted to search. Funny how people assume its more "patriotic" to excercise their constitutional rights than to cooperate with police. Alot of people ( i should say MOST) fought in wars in order to make this country a safe one to live in. The H.A. is a gang just the same as Nortenos,Surenos, Crips and Bloods. bottom line is those type of gangs make our streets unsafe.

Cops do not comprehend the law - they only think they do.

I equate a cop going out on patrol to enforce the law the same as an electrican going to work who does not understand the difference between alternating current and direct current. They are just plain incompetent and use force and the threat of force to get their way (same as judges, etc)

Im the Motorcycle Enthusiast pulled over in the video. The San Jose Cop that pulled me over stated that he pulled me over for an illegal helmet. Yes I am a Hells Angel and Proud of it, I am also a Former Marine and have full physical custody of my 2 yr. old daughter cause her Mother smokes Meth. there is a difference between "grasping the English" language" and the literal meaning of a word. A grasp of the English language is exactly what I have(as well as most the people) when I hear the word outlaw, as it is taken to mean a "bad guy".

All these are example of operating under the law.

I am not saying they comply with all laws but they do put themselves under it as most people do from a position of ignorance. They allow the state to have jurisdiction over them, thus they are not operating outside of the law and the term outlaw is inappropriate.

To be an outlaw means you are outside the law. In other words the "law" does not apply to you. YOu can not break a law that does not apply to you.

A good example of the misuse of outlaw is the hells angels motorcycle club.

They claim to be outlaws or 1%'ers but in truth they have incorporated and are thus operating inside the law.

Therefore the Hells Angels are actually an in-law (under-law) motorcycle club.
