@PairoftheSocks Lifting logs works! Beating a giant tire with a rubber sledgehammer is fun, too! Or chopping wood. Or climbing trees or doing pull-ups from tree limbs. Whatever works! keep up the great work!
@wilcoukulele Well, I definitely wouldn't do it the day OF or the day immediately after leg day. Wait until at LEAST two days after (assuming DOMS isn't too bad). And then run every day you feel up to until leg day comes again. That's what I'd do. But I don't run...and if I did, I'd only do it during my "Strength-Training" week b/c it's counterproductive to run a lot if you're trying to build muscle, IMO.
I dont have a gym, but i lift logs at the beach to supplement.
