i got not the same problem but like that, its show the ThinkPad Logo when i turn of, i tryed to wait 1 hour and go backs till ThinkPad logo some who have same problem or know how to fix?
@whopsii thanks! that works! You are a life saver man! just keep pushing the power button repeatedly until the normal loading screen comes! thanks again! btw, the laptop is my dad's and he's sleeping. if he found out, I would be totally screwed!
I also heard if you give a guy a bj while pushing the power button... Jeez people, what the heck, ease up on the superstition, its a machine, just look up the error beeps in the online PDF manual. (Well, maybe they are not listed, I haven't checked)
I have the same problem, same computer...not totally sure what the solution is. I did have some success holding the power button down for about a minute to flush the capacitors.
have you try the repeated power button push. push the power button 10 times repeatedly hold the push for 10 second. in the last push hold until 30 second. it's works on my t60.
start here thinkwiki . org / wiki / Error_Codes_and_Beep_Codes
from 8 till14 seconds your beep code was 1 3 4 3 all short
