  • 37 people are beiber's bitch! LOL

Led Zeppelin is still the greatest of the great!

  • DAT LES PAUL

  • I'm 15 years old, my generation is shit and I'm willing to sacrifice my lamb to bring back led zeppelin, any one with me?

  • @DrummingFuzz I'm not sure Robert wants a lamb =/ I dunno, maybe convince him he's still sexy and he'll do it.

  • @LordDraikful okay and you get the resurrection potion for bonham, and meet me at stonehenge =)

  • is it just me, or is Page wearing a sweater vest?

  • (...There is a 37 people that don't know how to thumb up (maybe amputees

  • Page aint even looking at what he`s doing, it`s just flowing out of him. Reminds me of my mate Colin on the forklift at the fork factory. Very uplifting and thanks to Epsom in surrey.

  • @Ariel62073 they're all English. Where d'you get Spain from? Plant & Bonham were friends since they were young & Page was in The Yardbirds (another English band) before Zep. It's easy to look up their bio u shud do that & get ur facts right.

  • @debzep44 Page also worked with JPJ before Zep.

  • It's a tough call with Zep but this and The Song Remains the Same from the LA Forum '77 bootleg "Listen to this Eddie" and Nobody's Fault But Mine from Knebworth '79 are my favorites. Oh, and Celebration Day at Kezar Stadium, San Francisco '73 and In My Time of Dying Earl's Court '75. Damn.....there is so much live Zep to love.

  • @BustlingHedgerow and u haven't even scratched the surface :)

  • This was good alot of the live Zep i hear is crap but this was good . Been a Zep fan since there

first album had tickets for there first American tour in Minneapolis but the car broke down on the way. Love it when Plant plays that harp.

  • It is impossible to keep still when listening to this

  • They brung it on home.

  • @LedZeppelinSuckBalls You should really get a job or somthing. Theres no point in sitting behind a computer feeling sorry for yourself because you were bent over picking up the soap everyday.

  • @ColtClockwork Dud that made my day hahahahahaahahahaha

  • i like how everyone has a good clap going and page is like "fuck that im going faster!"

  • Gods

  • Led Zeppelin can cure cancer! <3

  • Reminds me of my youth - nostalgia can be wonderful at times :-)

  • This is far better than the studio version! Which is amazing itself.

  • this concert was AWESOME

  • bonham with a cig in his mouth lmao

  • How can u NOT like this? This has 2 be 1 of the most underated ZEPP songs,ROCK ON!

  • @eliizme It isn t underrated :)

  • if u wanna hear a new album with great hard rock songs and high octane guitar solos..."A Different Kind of Truth" by Van Halen

  • What a band. At times I am in awe of John Bonham he's extremely powerful. There fab to watch and listen to. Thanks to them I found some very good blues. Very influential still.

  • No matter what Led Zeppelin put their minds to it ALWAYS came out perfect....I agree Englands greatest contribution to Earth and musical world

  • 36 people don't have house.

  • 1.35 literally died and went to heaven:-)))))))))))

And that ladies and gentleman is why they were, are, and will ALWAYS be considered the best rock band ever:-))))))))))) Don't get me wrong there are some excellent bands around even today, but none have the raw power, sheer adrenalin rush, and brutal ball-busting and animal head splitting dynamics these guys had at their peak IMHO:-)))))

  • This concert is better than sex!!!

  • 2:35 first camera phone footage lol, it looks like it at least

  • who needs live 'HD' footage when you have zeppelin

  • No one covered Willie Dixon songs like Zep !! - love how faithful Plant is to Sonny Boy Williamson's vocals in the beggining...for me the strongest songs on LZ 1 & 2 are the Dixon covers...unlike many bands, losing Bonham was the death of this band.

  • @Okpolosi I love Willie Dixon too. This is why I consider Zeppelin a HARD ROCK band as much or more than the Metal category they're so often thrown into. They're influence were all blues and Rockin stuff. They Brought the Metal to it.But calling them Metal to me is like lumping them in with Iron Maiden and Sabbath, both Great Bands but Zeppelin Had more rock Roots!

  • @scumgod13 Hmmm..I.didn't call them metal and I agree 100% they are hard rock, much superior to metal in my mind because of their blues roots. Not that I don't like some old Purple etc. lest I insult the metal heads ;), I'm just a blooze fanatic

  • @Okpolosi Only the intro is Sonny Boy Williamson/Willie Dixon tribute....from 1:33 is Zeppelin original. Phenomenal blues band, they made the blues supersonic....like no other.

  • @MagickZoso I agree, they kick that sucker into the stratosphere, but if you know the SBW2's version, Plant does a fine & faithful cover of SB's delivery which for me, is a killer lead in as they taxi for take off.

  • This song kills me... I absolutely love this song, they are the best! Jimmy Page and Robert Plant are very very cute :)!

  • holy fuck!!!!!!!!!!! pages guitar sound at 1:35 that thing roars!

  • Page's sweater is so Sexy, must have got alot of Putang wearing that...

    just saying

  • It sucks that the Gibson "Black Beauty" you see Jimmy playing here was stolen from him...What kind of asshole would steal from him???

  • just watched some knebworth stuff, now this, trippy

  • absolutely smoking!

  • Loved this video! I loved the way it was filmed,I felt like I was there! Thanks.

  • Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day; give a man Led Zeppelin and he won't thank you enough.

  • badass song

  • Jimmy page is the only person who can wear a cardigan on stage and still remain a god of rock n roll

  • Them on FIYA

  • is that the biggest bass drum in rock history?

  • @stomachlining lol what?

  • @DeF1re yeah Bonham had a big bass drum.....perhaps the biggest !!!!!

  • @stomachlining He had a 26" bass drum. Most are 22", and there's a few 24". Few are man enough to handle a 26".

  • @DCussen ~ More is more. Bonzo was about power.

(Okay, I play a 22" with little to no muffling)

  • @pleased9

Have you ever listened to Houses of the holy or Presence ? he was not "about power" only,he had finesse and a smooth touch. 24 - 26" were common in those days like 22's

& smaller are the flavor of the period now

  • @tjfreak ~ So true. I stand corrected.

  • when led zeppelin tells you to clap YOU FUCKING CLAP.

  • fuck. this gives me chills.

  • @xxmusicheadxx thanks bro!

  • I cried :(

  • That`s the kind of music we miss today!

  • @theodorus45

You should listen to graveyard, they have a very oldschool rock sound, a little bit like grandfunk railroad. check them out :)

  • @NegerSkrapaN I had never heard of them,but I do now,great music!Thanks for the tip.

  • @theodorus45

    No problem :D

  • @theodorus45 just patiente

  • best band ever.

  • GREATNESS!

  • such a sexy song

  • BONZOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

  • @GuitarSkash 1¡¡

  • England's greatest contribution to Earth.

  • @DCussen Isaac Newton :P

  • @DCussen With no doubt!

  • @DCussen Lem Zeplim isn't from England.

  • @Ariel62073 I don't know who "Lem Zeplim" are, but Led Zeppelin are definitely from England.

  • @alx305 No way. Spain. The drummer and guitarist are Spanish. The singer and bassist are coastal-Spanish.

  • @DCussen , i believe dire straits would be the other one too..don't yu think so..??!!

  • @0707nighthawk Not even its all 'bout the L Z man

  • only jimmy page could pull off rocking out in a sweater lol

  • @faggityann64 and kurt cobain

  • they were so much more alive around this time. The first four records were indisputably their best work i think

  • The guys are mitologic!

  • No le pueden poner un no me gusta

  • 34 people are Douche Bags.

  • excelentttttttttttttttt !!!!!

  • this song is really bad for my math grade

  • Man I always get nervous at 5:59 when he has to go from rhythm to lead that quickly. I always think he won't make it but hem does and it's such a relief every time haha

  • Melts my fucking face off.

  • luckiest people on earth who ever was in that audience

  • BONZO

    R.I.P.

  • bonham at 0.04

  • Looks like Jihns going to break something!

  • Get down John!!! It doesnt get any better than this!! Enjoy or go away!

  • Mute button shouldn't be allowed in these video

  • Zeppelin was the culmination of 4 individual artist's that created the perfect storm of rock and roll wrapped up in mystery, and creating in every young aspiring rocker a reason for jealousy, and in every young girl, a reason to round third..

  • What I would give to be that harmonica.... <3

  • hmmm interesting

  • I am surprised that this video doesn't have more likes than view...

  • @megaflyingunicorns possibly?

  • Led Zeppelin is possibly the greatest band to exist.

  • One day a long time ago I went over to my friend's house and he was like "check out this cool Led Zeppelin song". So he showed me this and in the beginning I was like "is this a cover they did?" But then 1:36 came and I spilled Coke all over myself.

  • Bassists are so under appreciated LoL they pay all the attention to Page, Plant, & Bohnam. Only zone in on Jones once or twice LoL I don't think people realize how much worse rock n' roll would sound without bassists.

  • @aweomae Totally. I am the drummer in a band and one time our bassist was sick so it was just me and the guitar player. We sounded like shit without the bassist.

  • @LedZepSk8 Yup, they should appreciate em' more than they do.

  • @aweomae true dat

  • @aweomae spot on. john paul one of the greatest ever. rock n roll and jazz too, check out the great stanley clark.

  • @ztztzyzy Yeah he was an uber bassist, he kept up with Page's guitar note for note. Yeah I'll check that dude out, can't say I've heard of him.

  • love it

  • coooolll

  • I'm seriously crying. That was beautiful.

Also heartbreaking because I know I will never be able to play guitar as good as Jimmy Page.

  • this is perfect, Led-Zeppelin is a perfect band.

  • ala madre toda la gente bien prendida, me hubiera gustado ir a un concierto de ellos :(

  • The few guys in the front row all have witnessed GODS and will live forever..

  • What is this? It's only rock 'n roll, tonic for bones, health for the soul!

  • if aliens landed...this is the song you play to introduce them to rock n roll

  • I wish I was wished goodnight by Led Zeppelin =(

  • I can't put into words how much I love this band.

  • @tMattLZ Neither can I, so instead I had the symbols from Led Zeppelin IV tattooed onto me ;)

  • @tMattLZ I know exactly what you mean

  • I want Jimmy's hair-do so bad.

  • what was and what should always be

  • 34 CAN BLOW BEIBER

  • 34 CAN FUCK OFF

  • FUCKING AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 THE BEST OF THE BEST A REAL BAND NO VOICE OVER PURE TALENT

  • I just had an orgasm to this song. I want this song to be played at my funeral with "Since I've been Loving You" and with "Stairway to Heaven"!

  • They were in top form right here. This show could have went on all night and nobody would have left. Talk about ass kicking rock and roll,, they are indeed bringing it on home.

  • I'll never forgive my parents for not conceiving me earlier. Never.

  • Jpj and bonham are like this band is great but they stop clapping once they realize its them

  • I wonder if that audience knew how lucky they were to be in the presence of Rock Gods?

  • Nice video man.

  • Four great men could make music sound like music, no need of extra ram, CPU's or fancy software with lots of extra VST plugins.

  • LED ZEPPELIN ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST, SO FUCK YOU !!!!! JACK BRUCE

  • @ElDuderino244 Much as I love RAH, I think much of their best music came after 1972. Ten Years Gone, Song Remains The Same, Achilles Last Stand, Rain Song, Kashmir right up to the last song I'm Gonna Crawl. I couldn't live without Nobody's Fault from Knebworth...and the Dragon Suit?....fucking love it...that's part of what made them Rock Gods. Wouldn't change a thing except for Sept. 25, 1980.

  • @streetparade I hate what Palnt went through with his leg injusry and his sons death but those tragedies inspired beautiful moments like Tea for One and All my Love .All the crap they went through was a part of their legacy . Art is often inspired by tragedy

  • I wonder if they knew at the time that they are the greatest band the world has ever seen?

  • someone better have been laid at this concert

  • @holagirl2723 aaahahahahaa!

  • Bonzo set of the audience calpping the wrong beat XD

  • @NegerSkrapaN he soon got them back though haha

  • is there anything better than 6:00-6:05 ????

  • Loving Jimmy's Les Paul Custom with the Bigsby tremolo & 3 pickups !!!!

  • Comment removed

  • when ever i get a head ache, the first thing i do is listen to zeppelin, sabbath, deep purple, ac/dc, blackfoot, motorhead, pink floyd and any one else in my music collection, as loud as i can

  • adrenaline rush at 1:36

  • F U C K Y E A H ! ! ! ! ! !

  • Happy Birthday Jimmy!!

  • best zep ever!!!

  • 42 years and its still rockin!

  • One of the coolest guitar riffs of all time. Can't get enough of it.

  • this is so fucking great i cannot believe it

  • haha i never knew jan 9th was jimmys birthday, todays my birthday too im 21 today!! rock on!!

  • Happy 68th Jimmy Page!!!

  • 41 years ago today they played the Royal Albert Hall. It's also Jimmy's birthday! Happy birthday Jimmy!!!!

  • Now, when u have seen this, u can say that u know what's a band jammin' !

  • thankyou, thankyou, thankyou for uploading this!

  • And that is what I call "call and response" licks.

  • 33 dislikes?!? LOL must be GREMLINS

  • And this s the black Les Paul that somehow Neil Young ended up with...don't recall the story by this is the same guitar...

  • @hollywoods4 guitars are kind of meant to be passed around and change hands like that I think.

  • Comment removed

  • @hollywoods4

No, it's not the same guitar. This is a 1960 Custom, Neil's is a 1954 Standard goldtop that he painted black and replaced one of the p90's with a firebird pickup.

Jimmy's Custom was stolen in 1971 at an airport. Neil traded Stephen Stills for "Old Black" in 1969. They can't be the same guitar, but that would be really cool if that was true.

  • And 'Twas a great day for sweatervests EVERYWHERE.

  • Listen to that guitar at 1:36.

This is Led Zeppelin at their best. No dragon suits, no elaborate light shows, just 4 guys rocking really fucking hard. From 1969 - 1972, they were at their absolute best.

  • @ElDuderino244 fully agree

  • @ElDuderino244 wtf against dragon suits, dumb ass hole? its obvious you never understood zep as a real fan.

  • @ElDuderino244 Are you really hating on the dragon clothes? Led Zeppelin's awesome clothing choice in clothing was one of the many things that made Zeppelin great!

I don't disagree with you that this is an amazing concert, and should be remembered forever, but you gotta lighten up, and bring it on home.
