yea in real life Frank (Francesco) Nitti.. aka Frank (The enforcer) nitti was Al(fonso) Capones right hand man. When Al Capone was convicted for tax evation, it was Frank Nitti that was appointed by Al Capone to head operations.

Frank Nitti didnt die by being tossed off a roof, as depicted in the movies "Untouchables" but had commited suicide after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
