Dont do any bullshit high squatting, Squat parallel all the time. Change up ur bench routine every 2 weeks or so. Not much to it, read and learn from books or the internet.

im trainin towards my first meet, ipa in NY in may so hit me up if yr interested. i train basically westside but modified for me.
raw lifts are 405 bench 625 dead 505 below parallel box squat.
I train in Attleboro at the YMCA. I am currently at college right now and train for football and powerlifting. I will be training at the YMCA over the spring and summer break though.
When he came down and tried to squat through his hips he leaned foward and his nees looked like they were'mt position right. I though he as going blow something out. Strong dude tho. Way to move that weight!
