  • I love this song... so relaxing....and quiet

  • yo put the sond on what the fuck

  • 1 min 47 sec of a 4.05 min video is taking the piss.... i want 2 watch him fishing not him setting up his stoff if i wanted 2 see that i would of looking that up....

  • @extremexerik I'm only 15 and a few inches taller than you but I've got a 9' 6wt rod and it does fine. Good idea to start flyfishing young, as I started 2 yes ago when I was your age now what you need to do is get a couple of size 16 bead head flashback pheasant tail nymphs for winter and some size 16 parachute adams for summer, drive north on the nearest highway until you cross a very small creek (it shouldn't take long to find one depending on where you live) and catch yourself some trouties

  • i would kill for a creek near my house....there aint a trout stream for hundreds or thousands of miles form where i live

  • wow were do you live?

  • Well fuck you very much WMG. Way to ruin everything.

  • Email me at erikivester@yahoo.com

  • Hey ppl, I'm just starting fly fishing, I have the cortland carisma reel, and a

9 ft cortland rod... Am I good? Are those

Decent products? Any advice would be appreciated btw I'm 13 And 5 ft 3 inches

  • @extremeXerik yeah your fine, if your into trout i would have 5/6 weight rod... i learned by going to a small stream near my house and putting on a parachute adams dry fly and casting into the back water... where trout normally feed which would be at the end of current where the water sort of pools up... good luck

  • @extremeXerik Congrats on taking up the sport, Choice of rod length and weight depends on the waters that you will be fishing.Though a 9 foot 5 weight is the most popular where I live the folks at your local fly shop will be able to guide you in the right direction.Good line is also ESSENTIAL I recomend Cortland lazer line or Cortland 444(my fave). After a season or two try out some Sage rods,Ive got a 20 yr old RPL and it fishes beautifuly. Now stop reading this and go catch some fish.

    Later..

  • where is this??

  • nice vid

  • gtjacob thats not true at all trout feed all throughout the day it is true that they prefer colder water but time of day has little to do with it many people dont realize the fish dont feed any less they just may be in spots you wouldnt think they would be

  • plan to go fishing for brook trout from 630 or 7am until about 12 or 1 pm. you will start to catch less and smaller fish as the morning goes on. native brook trout feed about 90% of the time when the water is below 10-12 decres C. espeacially the big ones.

  • nice vid! iv never tried fly fishing is it fun?

  • I live in norway, close to a very good fishing river, but the big fish is so hard to catch!!!!! :( Can anybody give me a tip??

The biggest fish catch(so far) is a 5kg trout, but its a long time ago.

  • I hate all this Audio track bullshit. People are just putting songs in their video, and if the song isn't listed at WMG, oh no, let's not let anybody hear it! Even if its one that you made yourself and recorded, it gets removed. LIKE WTF! NObody is saying that they own the song!

  • what kind of fly?

  • HOLY SHIT MY NAMES BRETT AND I LOVE FISHING!!!! wow thats crazy

  • thats awesoome

  • Go early in the moorning when the water is still cold. About 630am. The water has to be under 11°C if you want trout to bite. Ive experienced it.

  • jeez man, you talking about antartica or the artic??

  • gay music

  • thats the kind of stream u call, paradise. i bet it's soo under fished

  • sweet stream

looks like it packs a ton o honey holes!

  • what kind of fly is that and what color

  • what a beautyful little steam!!

  • im 5'5" what would be the best size rod for me?

  • umm the best rod for u, doesnt matter, it depends on what ur going after and how longed u have fly fished and how skilled you are, so if you went for salmon and steelhead, 7 or 8 weight, probably 9 foot. small stream stuff like little 15 inches or w/e 9 foot 5 weight same with bass, but for little speckles, i personally use a 2 weight 6 foot, but height is not a factor, im 5'10 so...hope that answered ur question

  • i live 200 yards from a stream, i fish in it almost every day of the summer with my inflatable boat. it has bass, crappie, bluegill, carp, catfish and others but no trout

  • the bass eat the trout. thats why

  • Dont ever invite to ur place to go fishing: i love the look of that creek, and you'll never get me ff it!! ur lucky guys, truly lucky.

  • same here, id pitch a tent on the shore and start a campfire and just camp out for a week a fly fish all day long

  • what state is this? stcked or native?

  • they look like good spots to fly fish

  • I have always carp fished. lying down on my bed chair letting me alarms do the work. I never ever been fly fishing and it looks awsome! Wish i could go :( I like this video. What you guys on about Dry Flys?

  • why don't you fish in it

  • he needs to cut down on his false casting. fish are in the water, not in the air. only bushes and trees live there :)

  • 2-3 false casts are nessasary when fishing drys, to rid them of moisture. Hes not false casting too much.

  • wow your so lucky to have a stream like that so close to your house. I have to dirve a hour to get to the closest trout stream and it's always crouded and the next closest one is hours away.

  • I have a river near me in Michigan that looks very simular. Good work sir.

  • Where is this? I love that little stream. Good video and great music. Nice fishing, too.

  • Great video! I wish I had a creek like that here on the neighbourhood...

Wagner F. Sarmento - Porto Alegre / Brazil

  • You do great job with all your fishing vids. The scene in Bitteroot, a true story where the guy casting has the trout rising in front of him is first rate.

My bro and I are get some vid this spring . Keep up the good work.

    Caleb

  • thanks, where are you going to do some filming?

  • We fish the White in Vt. Mostly first and second branch.

  • Wow. That was an awesome video. Nice music!

Where do you live? You are lucky to have a beautiful creek like that close to your home. You should come visit British Columbia. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world for fishing and otherwise.

Best of luck with your future fishing endevors.

    Mark Kelsey

p.s. email me if you ever want to visit BC.
