SCI-FI is my favorite movie genre. Avatar is really masterpiece - brilliant visual effects, unique storyline. Avatar is 100x times better than overrated Lord of the Rings and The Dark Knight. Sigourney Weaver was brilliant. The same with Sam Worthington and Stephen Lang.

Actually I prefer 80's and 90's films but such masterpieces like Avatar and The Passion of the Christ prove the opposite.

I highly recommend this film

I never tear up during movies. But during this movie i did like 3 or 4 times. One of the times it wasnt even sad, when neytiri says "eyua heard you jake." I teared up from pure awesomeness.

Easily my favorite movie of all time. Contrary to many of its critics, the plot, and the message of the movie i loved the most.

unfortunately, i dont think there is a legitimate clear copy out there yet...not that i can find anyway. that copy seems to be the best one atm. it really doesnt do the movie justice though, huh?

i kind of grew accustomed to it. (watched it 3 times that way) cant wait to see it in the theater again. after watching it in crappy quality, it'll blow me away just like the first time

what software did you used to get the movie clips and make the video?

1. go to the "keepvid" website to yoink clips from youtube

2. converted the clips to .avi with free software called "prism video converter" (available at download(.)com)

3. used windows movie maker

@kungfoolai - there's plenty of clips now for you :) i got mine from the trailer and the music video "i see you". but if you go to the youtube channel (user/officialavatar) there's an awesome amount of clips!! then just google "download youtube videos" and you'll find a way to grab 'em :)
