you lack the technique for traditional grip, work your arm placement (right arm should not be that close to your body should be like ur playing match grip and the let arm bring it out alittle, dont let your back fingers off of the stick, and your right hand is not supposed to be straight pretend your riding a bicycle or something

Nice job, a little sloppy, yet a little tip, wooden tipped sticks have more of a bounce then nylon creating a faster rebound for paradiddles.

That's not good becouse you played that with no cleaness. Try to work it out starting from low speed and speeding it up. Just look at your sticks, it's flowing everywhere around at the practice pad. You should play concerned at the one point ;) sorry dude, practice makes perfect

If you are a snare player you dont need to do all that whipping... if you watch you can see when you whip you mave away from the center of the head.. which creates a different sound on a drum.. so slow it down and work on keeping a consistant sound in the center of the head... if you a set play its pretty good then i guess...

Pretty nice. I'd advise that you take it a bit slower, and work on making them really even. There should be no different in the sound quality of your regular stroked 16th notes to you paradiddles. (also try and bring your elbows out more, because that will really help.) Overall nice job though.
