But it's the fact that people these days are too scared to get involved in anything is why everybody never helps anybody. If cities didnt have laws that keep guns out of law abiding citizens hand, maybe a decent citizen could have drawn a weapon and stopped this. Its hard to try to stop a stabbing if you are unarmed.
