im not sure I was travelling with my parents from the ukraine to holland. We were in heavy winds like this. The next day we heard like 10km away from us a tornado had killed a couple of people.

the Joplin tornado, i read that some felt that it had an EYE and that they were hit twice , once from the front of the cell and the back and had a empty period of space (when the eye was overhead) soooo would that be an EYE in this

Are big winds and storms like this common in america im thinking mainly about florida.

One of the best videos of all. You can see the tornado developing and descending, and even though the funnel itself has passed the winds from the rear flank downdraft are tilting the telephone poles to the right. I'd be very curious to know whether or not the poles toppled.

I saw the funnel. (: You guys have unimaginable bravery to be that close to such a horrific and beautiful storm. Hearing that wind gives me the chills and that wide, open plain is very eerie with those looming clouds. Thank you for going out there to grant people the sight of something they may never see!
