That flipping ur hair over is actually good because it gets blood flow to ur head and that also helps yur hair grow. Warning to much blood flow can kill you so dont sit there with ur hair upside down for very very long periods of time.

I once a week mix honey, mayonaise and olive oil ( you can leave it without oil too ). I massage it to the roots and hair and cover with plastic for an hour then wash it with shampoo. This is the only recipe that makes my hair shiney, sleek and grow faster. I love it.

@MsImallthat i have one of those Camelbak brand "Better Bottles" which are .75 L. you can really use any water bottle but since drinking out of Camelbaks is a lot of fun, it makes me drink a lot of water. I drink 3 of those every day. I also take an adult multi-vitamin every day as well as a Vitamin C & D supplement on the side. I also drink at least 2 cups of milk or eat 2 cups of yogurt a day. Arden gets a TON of comments so it's understandable that she didnt see yours/have time to reply.
