From the cradle to the grave, this 'lifestyle branding' is the commodification of reality itself.
The more omnipresent this 'reality' is in our lives, the more we shall be affected by it, encouraged by it, taking on the implicit values of that reality. I think it will come to the stage when humans will wholely reflect this new commodified reality, and in turn become a walking aberration.
A walking aberration of truth.
And by 'truth' I mean what it is to be genuinely (or wholely) human.

I like that phrase..."UR a consumer by life..." We live in a very consumerist country...We dont think if we really need things or not...or the consecuences...We just need to have or buy things. Marketing create the needs and brainwash us to buy things. Sometimes just to project image. U are a better or succesful person if U have this or that. Even when we don't need them. I heard lady teaching a toddler how to say McDonalds...Ridiculous.
