If I may just point out a few things that could be improved upon:

1. The beginning (0:00-0:30) could be played a bit slower, to create a more melancholic feel.

2. Some of the parts from 0:30 onwards are a bit rushed. I feel that its unnecessary for you to play so fast, so if you slowed down just a bit, you'd sound less nervous, and make fewer mistakes.

Overall though, I was quite impressed at the fact that you managed to do this without sheet music. And I'm not easily impressed. Good job!
