You need a major review of snakebite first aid. For DOs and DON'Ts of snakebite, thight tourniquets and the cut and suck methods are BIG DON'Ts!! Most of the time, you LEAVE IT ALONE unless it's from a dangerous neurotixic species like a Krait or some cobras, then wrap the whole limb, but not too tight. Viper bites can cause major bleeding so cutting is a bad idea - you could make the bleeding worse. Stay calm and find a hospital! Most snake bites are survivable - EVEN WITHOUT ANTIVENOM!
On the snake part its allll wrong..first you do tie something around your arm but not tightly at all...it has to be lose enough to fit a finger...and second your never suppose to cut or suck the venom it's proven not to work..... just stay calm and avoid movement......
