And the bottom line in 1972 was that the Dolphins won the Superbowl and completed a season without losing. In 2007, the Pats lost the Superbowl and completed the season with one loss. It's that simple. Pats were still a great team and they set records, but they're less impressive than the '72 Dolphins.
