Overtaking cars that stopped like that isn't legal anyways, this is completely your fault, even if the car had used it's blinker.

very nice video....even if by law u cant overtake,we can easily see that driver didnt take any notice of u coming even when u used ur horn several times!!and dbauernf:it's not completely is fault,the car stopped cause didnt had a clue where to go and probably was on his phone and didnt care of putting the indicator on!!! come on... it doesnt take much to put an indicator!!it's just careless driving......
