permafrost is what spawns on the ground when you shoot one of the orbs above. it cant be impaled or burrowed through. but impale despawns it. as they are limited on heroic mode, the despawns should be used carefully not wasted.

The guide isn't that great tbh. Anub'arak should be positioned next to the adds so they can be aoe'ed/cleaved down. Its a big dps gain and will probably help to get him to 30% with only one burrow phase.

Why not just keep the boss beside the adds and let splash damage kill the adds? We usualy have one hunter to misdirect one add to his tanking ice and the second add is taunted. Peace of cake really.

Change the distance to whatever. 300 if you like. You can zoom in to your liking but can't zoom back out beyond 50.

i think this fight is bugged, my guild got him to 25% but he still burrowed =/

the dps was amazing, we had a hunter (me) and a priest kill the adds and every1 else nuked the boss, worked really well, we stacked everything on 1 frost and the adds went down soo fast!
