I don't know, looks like all the stories about a Luscombe being "squirrely" may be true. Looks like you are just scared to death in that old,old taildragger. Wouldn't you rather fly a new glass panel 172? Yeah right. Luscombes are awesome! Nosewheels take the fun out of aviation. I love my Luscombe like a child. I treat it good, and it treats me good! There is noting like flying an old classic fun basic taildragger!!
Mine is home for restore. Can't wait to get it back in the air.

There's nothing like a Luscombe! I now have over 800 hours in my 1946 8A. Other planes may come and go, but I'll always keep my Luscombe.
