Liberty will fail again, I have not received almost $1000 back from merchandise and services they did not deliver, and yes I did send all the required information to the appropriate address months ago. Like you said Troy, it IS the same company... just a different shell. I really do know people that would like to meet him someday, you just can't keep doing that to people, not in this day and age.
Troy you're right! The new LFN has the same problems as the old company. No real communication - they have what they call Q&A calls that provide BS information. No customer service what so ever! Reps have a "chat button" in their back office, but it takes sometimes 15 to 20 minutes for someone to answer the call (chat) and then they tell you they can't help you because some other department is in charge of whatever it is you ask for (refund, exchange, etc). I'm convinced LFN will die soon!

I'm one of those who are not happy with liberty international, one of those 30% that are trying to get out and receive a refund. I invested over $800 dollars and never got the phone I paid for since march, that was before the problem with Tmobile... and now I am requesting a refund of my money

LFN have the best Comp Plan and Marketing Plan on the Net.
