Kick ass man! Glad to hear someone breaking it down street-level. The world, the uprisings in Arablands; all brought on for the right reasons; and you said your peace for the right reason. The Constitutional reason! Straight to atheistnexus w/that one
Sadly, many conservative christians don't beleive in the law because they think they are above the law when it comes to their religion. Nearly any law can be broken when done in the name of their religion and they have way too many people supporting that behaviour including people that have power and a good portion of the media and despite all of this they still think they are being treated unfairly. Speaking out against them is considered wrong. I hate it but its true alot of times.
Sorry, but New Testament states something like "Who disobeys state disobeys God", and "state" is pretty much the same as "law", so, the act of vandalism was commited by some... ekmm... godless Christians? o_O
You know what? It's sad when a majority that is catered to by both parties and has several television networks devoted to it, praises the actions of vandals because a few billboards wouldn't conform to their world-view.
Wow, so refreshing to hear such an intellectual response. Are you a scientist? I mean, I would have subconsciously tagged you as intelligent by looks alone with that classy wife-beater and jihad-esque intro, but then you open your mouth and I'm blown away, so to speak. Pure poetry. I mean, "fuck, bitch, cunt"?...
(continued)... I had an aural orgasm listening to this verbal eloquence. Did you go to private school? Why haven't I seen you on CNN yet? How is it possible that atheists are in minority for thousands of years and counting when such inspiring leaders such as yourself and anti-American billboards exist? Hail science...lol. Thug life!
I dislike the change to the wording. We are divided because of god. We can't be indivisible since we have religious freedom, political freedom, etc.
Its more positive to say "One nation indivisible", because then we treat the matter as we SHOULD: We're all people, human beings.
I respect one man back in High School who refused to stand up, who refused to say the pledge. I shut up around the "under god" part, but he took it a step further. I stood just to respect the nation, not the phrase.
100 likes, 0 dislikes. I like your style and I think most people do just because you're not wasting time being nice to these ass holes. It's ridiculously outrageous, and needs to be made fun of like it deserves. Fuck 'em!
Seems to me that just as spray-painting "under God" on that billboard was an act of vandalism, so too should adding "under God" to the original pledge be considered an act of vandalism.
@Hunter69D That quote is taken from Solomon's proverbs. Lincoln was just repeating what was found there, so it's not really Lincoln's quote, but a Lincoln quote of a solomon quote.
I guess its going to suck ass being a christian from now on. If the truth is offensive, then it's going to be in their fucking faces every god damned day from now on. Hail mother fucking sciences christ bitches.
"They took an American celebration and made it about then." This is probably one of the most ironic things I've heard in a long time.
First of all, the pledge never had under god in it before, so really, you christians took the holiday and made it about you. The atheists were putting up a sign about America, not god. When you put god in the pledge, it makes the pledge about god, not America. Fuckin retards.
Wrote her simple email, reminding her that we are a minority in the States and that she can join us in outrage when a president says Christians can not be considered citizens or patriots. I also reminded her that 'Under God' was not added until 1954.
Originally I thought the article was from some uneducated conservative blogger until I checked the link "Dose of Honesty" - you can't expect that from the Fox News types, now I wonder what her reaction would be if atheists vanadlised a poster promoting her view point or religion.
her "dose of honesty for the week" is telling. not the content of what followed, but her stating that basically, she doesn't feel obligated to be honest for even the majority of a weeks span. i'd like to say i'm surprised, but i'm not. my grandmother heard about this story and said pretty much the same shit as the girl in this article.
Dude I couldn't bare to read that stupid fucking article. She actually says, " I would like to extend my deepest than to the person responsible for this vandalism..... Thank you for reminding me that I'm not alone." As if christians are not the majority in this country, FFS. Btw Spike the song you got at the intro fucking sweet. Plz tell the the name if you dont mind.
I'm a Leftist Atheist Liberal... and I support illegal activity too. Visiting Spain, it was great to see that graffiti was either the swastika or the hammer & sickle. At least it was meaningful graffiti!
Does this woman think the "Christian" vandalism was conducted while sober? Hell no; those guys were drunk, just like any vandal. So how does that fit into her worldview? God loves Christian alcoholics? AlcAnon would agree...
Christians can't point to any legitimate vandalism or assault & battery cases of atheist against christians, so they have to equate Atheist Speech with the real crimes perpetrated by Christian.
"Not happy that vandalism is the only way to get the attention of atheists"
She should be reminded their bigoted fuckwit ways get our attention REAL well, Little brother's watching every move they make and every word they say. We remember shit too, unlike them reading a contradictory book and proclaiming it to be without error.
Let's DO go burn some Churches!! Cool vids!

These are important points. If one person can get away with openly breaking the law, then who needs the law?

So much for taking the moral high-ground, Christians...
But this is to be expected from people who think that morality is equivalent to blindly accepting words from an authority figure as moral.
