Cayoub is right...I bought a naval rope for 48 euros...20mt for 20kg...40mm handles. It's not good finished like Fitalo Rope but it works in the same way ;-)
all these people asking where to get these ropes have never heard of google. i bought mine on amazon.com for about 100 bucks its a 1.5 inch, for more power get the 2.0 inch rope
Tried this today for the first time. WOW! It kicks your ass after about 20-30 seconds. Start slow, and work your way up...especially if your an older trainer.
This is done for POWER. Explosive power, in my case for MMA, but other sports use it too. My S&C coach has me do these all the time thought, but this guy is pretty insane. 2 ropes in one hand, full power, and he was going at it for awhile. Very impressive.
@corruptiongovernment you never heard of alternative training techniques to keep things interesting. I think you need to expand your mind. Weightlifters are seen as 'not the cleverest of people' and you are just endorsing the perception
If you ignore the rope in his hands, it looks like he's playing with himself

are rope workouts good for bodybuilding, or are they more of a swimmers body workout? I know you get a lot of cardio with the ropes

@BuddenOne I agree. Where IS the best price?
PeacefulKancer 7 months ago
@BuddenOne Yeah. Invest in one with your friends or a small fitness group, if necessary. It's worth it.

big arm workout there, no functionality as your name suggests, they are best used as a FULL BODY workout dude.

@joemct Makes you appear to be a douche bag with a weird rope thing. Why not just use weights?
