so is it possible to do this with a 3/4 hoop? i know 1/2 inch would be easier, but i really want to start doing this, i'm just having a lot of difficulty with my hoop...
@theblackestcrow Definitely possible with a 3/4" hoop just a little bit more difficult since it is so heavy. When you break to reverse the hoop really turn into it to absorb some of the weight then shoot it back the other way :)
@cidkneecydneyy i bet its easier to use the 1/2" tubing tho or even polypro...my hoop is very small and light but its 3/4" so the tubing is a bit stiff...i always liked it because of that but lately i've really been wanting to transition into more flexible tubing. i may try the 1/2" before i get into polypro though!

There's so much going on otherwise with the added in vortexes and arm weaving that the structure of the breaks it gets confusing. Can you show the hand motion as well? I see you are flipping your hand but dont explain that...Great hooping, though!
@lesann620 Ya that would be too heavy. I use 1/2" white super pex tubing - that hoop is around 37" in diameter, now I use 35". It's super light tubing and pretty flexible
Wow. You know what blows my mind? You breaking and reversing the hoop with one hand one the opposite side (I can break the hoop while chest hooping- with one hand, one the same side, but not the opposite side like you do). I have been trying to do this forever and just haven't been able to do it. I should really watch this sober and figure it out. ANYWAYS! You are a fabulous hooper! Keep on hooping pretty lady!
Hello i can do this trick now it took me nearly two months though, thanks for sharing now i can add it to my trick list

What's the diameter on your hoop? Mine are all about 39-41 inches and 3/4" 160 psi and I feel like they're just too big/heavy/bulky to do this with.

Your hoop looks thin. Did you make that or buy it? If you made it, what size tubing is it? Also, you are fabulous.

@mkstarky I made it, it's 1/2" super pex tubing, it's white :) I love it so nice and light!
