I know the entire video as a whole isn't sped up, I know the sound isn't sped up. A little time editing the video and sound together you could easily speed certain sections up to make a rider look a lot faster.
For example, look at 11seconds, the plants are flickering back and forth like crazy.. At 18 seconds the second he lands, he is going nearly twice the speed as he was sailing through the air.. Same with 28 seconds, and again at 47 seconds.
Actually after watching the video again today, repeatedly, I'm pretty sure its sped up in sections. Even his head twitches abnormally fast when he looks around.
Hell look at the dirt, it instantly settles to the ground

@Towlieee wind and rigidness of the plant can cause tweaker like movements, and also when your there in person the perception of speed is different as on a camera, and for his head twitching, bikes whiplash your ass all over the place

@Towlieee I can tell you why it looks funky its cause its shot in real time 24 progressive witch is a slower frame rate but smoother. it does make the dirt look a little little different but not much.. very few cameras have the setting 24p its awesome

So yes, they really were going that fast. The dirt instantly settles? I think that's called gravity. Just saying.. Oh, and things look faster on camera. From a riders perspective, thats a pro rider in realtime if I've ever seen one.

Sound can be toned down to original pitch so it could very well be sped up, and it does look like it is.
