My buddy's tail blade holder came loose and that happened. It comes preassembled from Align but they don't use CA, you need to take apart everything and put it togetehr back properly with some CA to keep it from coming apart. Don't trust anybody else's handy work. Gotta do it yourself, and do it right, or else it'll just lead to a crash. Beware of pre-assembled parts.

Looks like the tail belt got loose or something... (ie. no more tail control).
