What you r doing sounds great,hey,it's shrinking.I've had the same gyno 4 the last 17 yrs & he's the best.Mine was a huge cluster like blisters on top of blisters.1 poped & I seriously wanted to die.I would rather give birth like octomom than have that happen again!That happend 2 me 15 yrs ago & I never touched caffien again..until 2 months ago.I went on a brownie eating & fudgecicle binge.I ended up in an ambulance 2 days ago 2 find that i have a 4 centemeter cyst on my right ovary

Hey, I'm suffering from the same problem, and I'm went to the help food store and talk to a herblist and I have been taking herbs for a month now and I feel a different in the size of my fibriod these are the herbs that I'm taking and the herbs help your body to get rid of the fibriod

@ilove2sing23 i will be posting a new video next month after my visit with doc.. so far now pains when menstruating and my tummy has shrunk tremendously. my circle has lessened so 3 days max, one day heavy 1 day medium and the last day clearing up. keep u posted soon...

I'm with you!! Just got thru 5 days of a diet of nothing but meat and greens. No fruit, or grains. Obviously no sugar. Apparently the insulin response from sugar can mess w your adrenal glands which help regulate all hormones. According to Dr Mercola, over production of estrogen results in fibriods. I will stay on the diet for 1 month and then reevaluate.
May we all have smooth flat uterus' (uteri?) soon!
great news; I went for an ultrasound on the 30th of Jan and the tech told me that they shrunk, they were 5.9 and now 5.6 the last time was six months ago, so I will be checking every 6 months. I did this from diet and yoga.
Nooooooooo, don't let them butcher you and take out your girly parts! No way! That is not necessary. I am with you on going the natural route. There are some other treatments too where you don't have to get cut on or have anything cut out. Keep your parts sister. Check out Shola Oslo's videos too. Best wishes.

all of my fibroids shrunk completely in 1 month by a caffien free diet & vitaman d 3. Take the vitamin.
