@IreturnwithaVENGENCE I don't really like sitting in school and having to do loads of homework either, but you have to admit that it's not just busy-work. Unfortunately, it's actually necessary to do the work if you want to learn and make something of your life. Unless you have really bad teachers, everything they make you do in school has a purpose, even if you don't see it. And sometimes none of us see it lol.

Sonocent Audio Notetaker is really great for that though... Won't transcribe but you can crop n rearrange all the sound-bytes to filter just the parts you want and add your own notes in between too. EnableMart's got it here in the US.

Dragon's not really intended for recording class notes. I imagine you'd have to train it to the teacher's voice or something.

@FutureRetro2010 it really is not that bad... when you download it, it will do a voice recognition, i even blasted my tv while using it and nothing happened, it only took what i said!

@ndx42 The program is Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11 for PC and there is Dragon Dictate 2.0 for Mac. You can download a free app for the ipad. It's called Dragon Dictation!
