This is the second hardest part of the game on veteran. I think. The hardest would be when you go down the stairs in the level No fight in the war room. When you play veteran. I did the fighting for me but when playing with a friend we discover this. This is an esay way of an very hard battle. I was planning to post a video but someone already did it.
I've spent a couple of hours so far trying to get past this level. I'm playing on the hardened settings and the Arabs seems to come out from everywhere.
I always take out the 2 guys on the balcony and then try taking out the others but they seem to surround you, so I reckon this tactic is probably the best. I've not tried it yet but I'll let you know.

The spray and prey tactic simply doesn't work on this level. You need to have eyes in the back of your head as the Arabs can easily overwhelm you with their grenades/flash bangs and small arms fire. Did I mention the dreaded RPG? lol!!
great. at first this was impossible. I tried your advice and it didn't work. but then i realized i wasn't using flashbangs. Ill have to remember that!!!!!
This is the only way i've ever gotten past this part (Played it three times) on veteran. It really helps for me, probably will for you too, try it out!

i dont need tricks / tips like this, i just shooted every person in room and done it that way, it wasnt hard and it was fun :)

this got me past, had to substitute flashbangs for a grenade and some bullets though. cheers!
