hi do have the same problem as yours before,and unitll now i still couldnt figure out why my eyeliner keeps on smudging,,do u think there's something to do with the eyeliner and make up brands??and do u wear primer or foundation??tnx ur so pretty

i have the same liquid liner and it does smuge and wear off (i use it on the top lash line only) and the 'setting' with eyeshadow dont work for me either

thanks for the tips btw ; if you have a dog you're probably an animal lover - loreal is not an animal friendly companies so does most of the brands own by loreal, P&G (cover girl etc) - do extensive animal testings - youwere saying the stuff got into your eyes and it stinks so think about all the ingrediants that go into the eyeliner that was iindividually tested on concious rabbit crammed in a small box. Urban decay i a good company - they're one of the cruelty free company out there

Yeah, I find layering on different eyeliner types works best too. Do you do the same to the top liner? Also, I seriously couldn't tell that this was your first vid! You seem pretty natural at it!
