Why do these preachers think that if they are arrested it automatically thinks they are being arrested for righteousness? Is this really the way to preach the gospel? Did Paul really get in people's faces and argue like this? See any of his sermons in the book of Acts and you will see that he did just the opposite; he was gentle, kind to the authorities, and still preached repentance biblically. I'm not against street preaching, but these preachers could have done it more biblically.

Action, do you ever see Paul calling authorities "liars!" or getting in their faces? No you don't. Paul had the highest respect for the authorities. Preaching is to be gentle and kind (2 Tim. 2:24), and done with respect for creatures in the image of God(1 Pet. 3:15) without compromising the message of course. No indeed, the preaching that got the apostles killed was not arrogant preaching. It is absolutely FOOLISH to think that every time a preacher is arrested he is arrested for righteousness.

I suggest you study how Paul responds to the authorities in the book of Acts and compare Paul's approach with the preachers in this video.

And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be KIND to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. (2 Timothy 2:24).

Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with GENTLENESS AND RESPECT(1 Peter 3:15).

Some street "preachers" are actually street "screecher's."

Open air preaching started out in the OT which evencually lead in the NT.

Jesus open aired preached; the only time Jesus got upset was when He turned the tables in the Temple, said the 'Woes" & told the Pharisees they're hypocrites & vipers. Other then that He knew how to talk to people.

Paul was human & he had to been upset at least a couple of times due to the persecutions; I'll agree he was humble.

Revivalisneeded was the rudest street preacher I have ever seen, and I tried to tell him his fault but he would not listen; he believed he's doing God's will. He took passages of Scripture out of context where Elijah mocks false gods and when Paul calls a man "child of the devil" to mean that he can be completely arrogant and quarrelsome in his ministry.

Mason, I know you can quote a few rather UNCOMMON instances where Paul, AN APOSTLE(you aren't an apostle) uses very strong language against evil men. But this does not mean that we are to throw out what the entire bible has to say about our approach to preaching the gospel in gentleness and respect.

the word translated in the KJV as "rude" actually means "unskilled" in 2 Cor. 11:6, i.e. "I am unskilled in speech." "Rude" in old English means "bad" or "unskilled", not what it means today.

You aren't an apostle and that is why you shouldn't speak like an apostle; this is my point. If Paul speaks rather harshly in some instances, that gives you no authority to do the same since you aren't Paul. I have some problems with this video: the preachers are fighting rudely with the police.
