  • Mauri, mauri jtione ao jkb 1904 lol....maybe U guys can help me out. My parents are from Marakei too.I was born in the Solomons. Anyway my parents used 2 sing a song 2 me when I was growing up, Sorry I really don't know the title of the song. Nway, The beginning of the song sounds like this 2 me.....U ana bongi Nei Tinaua Kara,lol..something like that. that's all I know, it's a sitting dance done by both men & women.Its very upbeat n really fun. appreciate any help. E raba te help

  • @patsarat5 I think I know what song you're talking about. the language in the song is part Tuvaluan (Ellis Islands) the people from my village dance to it (Te bino dance / sitting dance ). I just don't remember the name of it though I'll just call it "Nei Tina Uakara" LOLs!.
