  • Fox Behavior is unique. The father will hunt for the female while she is pregnant and will stay to help feed the kits in the den well after they are born. Once they strike out on their own, only then will he start another family with the vixen.

  • i have a giant 15 foot poster of foxes in my room

  • I love all animals, but foxes are my favourite.

Loved the film - they are such beautiful animals and so misunderstood.

  • No, they are just regular visitors to our suburban garden!

  • hooray for cuteness!!

  • Thanks a lot for posting, dude! Amazing material, you have! :D

  • The adults move out while the cubs are still young, but do stay in the area to look after them.

  • I love foxes they are a mix of playfullness , cuteness, intelligence and they have very elegant black paws.

  • wunderbare tiere!

  • As always, fantastic :)

And to hear that great music from your personal collection with it....

    Nice ;)

  • Absolutely delightful! Thank you x

  • Thank you so much for sharing. I could watch them for hours. It fills my heart with joy. They must be the best stress relief in your life huh? ^_^

  • Beautiful creatures. I live in Australia, where red foxes have been introduced in the mid-1800s. Unfortunately they're persecuted as a "pest" everywhere on this continent and I've yet to meet a person who didn't say that he/she hates foxes. It saddens me especially because I believe red foxes really could integrate into the ecosystem if there was a top predator like the dingo (also persecuted as a "pest" despite being an endangered native keystone species) to keep their numbers in balance.

  • I really wish Australia would lighten up and start to establish wildlife policies based on sound science, not the emotional pleadings of farmers and junk science. Australia has the worst mammal extinction record in the world, 22 species becoming extinct within the last 200 years. This is mostly due to widespread removal of the dingo, a type of wolf that kept mesopredators and prey species in balance.

  • Aww, I love those father/son and or father/daughter relationships. These two really showed it. Great video capture. If I said it once, I'll say it again, yer lucky to have foxes live in your backyard. XD That cub was SILLY LOL thought the cub was gunna take a leak on the pole LOL and how the daddy stretched LOL Very cute video

  • Glad you enjoyed it. The adult fox is one of last year's cubs, so this is his first go at parenting. Seems to be enjoying it!
