i layed the JC, SI and IA, the SI is betetr the the JC in story and i loved the IA the story is so deep aswell. I will be rolling both the SI and a IA at start and also will be folloing it up with the BH so i cna cover my crafting so support myself.

The only thing i noticed when i played sith about the light/dark side points is that when i went darkside i could no longer have my green lightsaber equipped i could only use red so i think if you choose to go lightside with Sith, you can use all colours and vice versa for Jedi they can only use red if darkside.

As for races in this game it's very minimal and most of them suck but, if you've preloaded the game you can see an Ackbar inquisitor on the Launcher so maybe more races on launch?

@master18666 developers aren't in the habit of secretly revealing a hidden race on launch - if they were to add a new one you'd have far more warning than 2 weeks.

Hmm I was in the beta, and got 2 heals with my Inquisitor Sorceror, did you check the advanced class tab at your trainer? You should have a quick small and a normal heal

@A1pha2R3d There is no open beta. There was a massive weekend testing (with a massive number of invites sent) along with the option to get keys elsewhere but only for that one weekend. Still technically not an open beta. And that weekend was only Fri-Mon.

and the flash points aka dungeons are really awesome..... not like ur normal wow dungeons....way much more enjoyable :D all the people i met in beta and grouped up with decided to end their wow subscriptions then and there : Dyes its that good ^^.... they might have to go f2p tho once gw2 comes out... but thats a whole diff story :D imo its gonna be gw2> swtor>wow

its better than wow..... all the quests in SWTOR are storylined.... u dont grind to lvl up... u lvl up by just doing quests..and all the side quest stories are intertwined with the main quest. looking at online gameplay footage makes it look like a wow clone.... atleast it was for me... till i played the game :D in this u actually feel like a sith.. the ppl honor and fear u unlike wow where ur just another grunt grinding and doing raids

Cover is extremely important for Snipers, but actually, Operatives rarely operate - no pun intended - from cover. In fact, you do your best damage as an Operative out of stealth, and should almost never be in cover once you start putting points in Corrosive Dart and Backstab. Backstab, Shiv, Corrosive Dart (for elites and beefier foes), and Overload Shot are your main tools if you go the Operative dps route - none of them require cover. Also, Ops do get some pretty tasty heals around lvl 15+.

@DigitalOberon I didn't go Operative, but I kind of wish I had so I could try out the healing for an IA. The DPS spec was fun for Sniper, but I can see where there will be a lot of people who dislike... once a person gets it down, however, it's not too bad. Thanks for your input =)

Dude, this has me thinking twice about my pre-order. There is a good amount of hype for this game and it seems like it might disappoint me. The graphics (yes I care about how a game looks) also seem underwhelming but then again its an MMO. Gameplay looks slow and uninteresting. As a star wars fan I will still pay $150 and give it a try.
