I don't mean to interrupt in a conversation that i'm not in, but are you talking about the Harrier technology that allows a fighter jet to lift off from a standstill? If so, only one of the three new F-35 models have it, and they were simply made for our marines, because they don't always have the ability to use a runway. But they aren't as efficient as the other 2 versions for the Air Force and Navy, but they are very nice for sure. I'm guessing England will use them for thair AirCraft carriers
