Sacred, it's a Warlock talent called Death's Embrace. Warlocks do not spec into it often but since he is probably target in that combo he is able to tank for a long time. With Death's Embrace, you heal 5% per second with Drain Life (modified by haste). You have to lock his shadow but that would be one CC less on the Shaman. There you go. :)

I wish i had a dedicated group of ppl to play with, you guys seem to have fun even when you make so many mistakes :) (and you can come on a alt and still win and have fun doing it)

Overall you got controlled really well so it can make you "panic" and you just trying to get "any dmg out" so find yourself spamming ice lance. But you pulled it back at the end, nice cc chain and some good dmg. But that could have been much easyer :)
