@DarkMan649 quite literally, it's tricking. you do the basics for this stuff in both karate and taekwondo, and depending on the place you go, you do more. I would say it's taekwondo in this video if i were to select from the two because taekwondo deals with legs and kicking more then karate. i am a 2nd dan black belt in karate and i enjoy doing this stuff. my cousin got his black belt in taekwondo. both great styles, and can lead up to this very well. but it's literally called "tricking"

@DarkMan649 well it depends what you are looking for. Really, there is no 'better' martial art or style, because it all depends on the practitioner. I enjoy kickboxing more then some karate aspects because i have longer legs and a better reach, but i'm not very strong in my upper body, so karate is great to help me take advantage of my opponent's characteristics to help me win. If you're looking on how to fight, it just depends on how you fight. I personally like karate more though.
