@TheBassistdrummer you can hit with your hands together below the shoulders and the same with lowering your shoulder. Lacrosse rules change every fucking year so you might have to look some stuff up. Avoid the head because they are very sensative about that and the back this year. If you can't read the name on the front of their jersey, dont hit them.

Almost half of this stuff got flags. Where that guy took on two offence. Slashes at every time he pretty much moved his stick. Most of the hits were high too, top of chest and helmet are the cheapest place to hit someone who's blind to where you are. Lots of hits leading with the shoulder. ok im in middle school and play defence soo right now im using a stx 7000 steel with a warrier spyne head. its kinda on the heavier side but it works for me. for offence i do not recommend the warrier helix because it is a easily breakable cheap head. a good (but pricey) offencive shaft is the warrier diamond and the warrier krypto pro. they are also good defensive shafts to use. hope it helps
