7 Minuten meiner einer. Der Reporter hat da was verwechselt. mit herbert. der ist uebrigens fast jeden 2ten monat hier in cebu.

the weight depends on the thickness of your wetsuit. i have a 3mm wetsuit and use around 4 kg of weights.
