Aye well, they're probably better than my team, Celtic, at the moment. Got my dad a birthday present of driving a Tram at Crich, so might be down to enjoy the sights of Derbyshire again soon!
Went to Matlock on holiday in 1991, it was ok. My brother and me had a teenage booze up then went to see Matlock Town play Notts County in a friendly match. County were looking forward to a season in the top flight but were held to a one all draw if memory serves. Nice Youth Hostel too. Ah, to be 15 again.
Used to live on Dale road in Matlock not so long ago. Such a great little town and I have lots of fond memories of it. If i had to say one thing that was bad about Matlock and Matlock bath it's that there are no decent clothes shops around. Masson mill is the best one locally and that's not up to much. The clubs leave little to be desired too, although Harveys was always a good night out. Other than that it's by far the best place i've lived so far :)
Ah. the memories! Knew it was a Sunday, 'cos of all the bikers in Matlock Bath. One of my favourite places in Derbyshire. Congrats on getting the cable cars!
Any plans to tootle around Hartington? I plan to have my ashes scattered in the Dove there!
Glad you like the video. No I normally just get the camera out when I wanna upload a video on you tube LOL. I am thinking of doing a speeded up vid when I go to Manchester again from where I live, which will take a lot of battery power hehe! Again thanks again for the comment. Best wishes
