Do as he says up until you put your index fingers on your nose. Basically put your index fingers on your nose as they are. (Meaning the face of the finger with the nail part goes on your nose.) Then open your hands and unwind. If you look closely you could catch it.

It's an old trick in my school. Really easy.

It all depends on how you interlock your fingers. The trick is that when you stretch out your arms and turn your thumbs down you interlock you fingers with the picky of your hand thats on top also on top. In his example (pause at 0:08) his left hand, hence left pinky on top, right thumb holding left thumb. If you lock your fingers so that that those of the lower hand are on top of the fingers on the upper hand, it won't work.

That's as good as I can explain it. Try it out and you should get it.
