Local 200 leaders said to vote on this and when the company let go some union members and kept 40 some odd scabs the hall just said you voted for it! Since those jags got in the whole union(200) went down the shitter! They won't due union work but they know how to party on the dime of the workers that they have left! I was a replacement (Green Team) driver at this event and have been driving trash trucks for 20 years. These are fellow W.M. employees and I feel sorry for them. The Teamsters handed them the "Kool-Aid" and they drank it down. I wish they would see that it is the COMPANY that provides the pay and benefits NOT the union! We are 88% NON union and we have better benefits and pay than our union counterparts. Sad to see them on a picket line for things that we already have. GET RID OF THE UNION.
