can someone tell me what i might have

ok, see somtimes im itchy down there and there is no worms not particularly at night either when i was down there and soap gets inside it hurts i see a big red ish purple thing on the inside could i have

internal hemmeroids or pinworms

i mean i have had pinworms before but not the same simptoms

i also feel a little crawling sensations

i have exima on my hands and somtimes i feel crawling sensations too

but could the sensations be veins ?

well i think is been like couple of months i finally went to the doctor that anus itching is a pain in the ass lol but is there any medicine i can take while i get my results back ????thanx
