One of my all-time favourite bands. Their music is different and fantastic. I can't wait for their new album. Regarding the influence, I think they have a slight influence of King Crimson, although they have many new and unique elements.

He's got the Chris Squire cream Rickenbacker. I can't seem to be able to like that more than the original black and white, but now it's seeming more and more _the_ prog bass. I wonder if Johan from Anglagard has a cream one..

Guarda, conoscevo solo Vemod del '93; li ho riscoperti grazie a Youtube e questa è la title track dell'album del '99; altri dischi da studio: Nucleus, '95; Gravity, '03; A Time of Day, '07. Nascono come cover band dei King Crimson e hanno la stessa line up da diciassette anni!

One anna sofi is definately enough considering this band. The soft instrumental part is awesome. Puts me into trance and coma. open my eyes and find myself in a crypt on the moon. starring at the brightness on earth. happens often to me kistening to anekdoten. Don't need no apollo rocket. Thanx anekdoten! Please update a live version on pendylum swing here on the tube. then emy world would be complete.

I don't think they are influenced by Opeth and Porcupine Tree... they are relative new compared to them. Opeth have a reverse back in 2002.
